Shipping & Return Policy

Product Packaging:

We are committed to eliminating all plastic from our packaging and choose to work with suppliers that share the same practices.

When we ship to you, we use 100% post-consumer shipping supplies. We try to always reuse shipping boxes and packing materials when we ship to you, so sometimes our boxes have other brands on them. It's the things on the inside that count, right? When we do purchase shipping supplies, it's always from earth-friendly suppliers.

Shipping Your Items:

Orders take 1-3 business days to process from date of purchase. After processing, orders will ship via *USPS within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships so that you can watch your goods make their way to you. If you are concerned with your order in any way, please reach out to us at 

*Please note: The Preserve Shop is not liable for packages lost by USPS or marked as delivered but never received. If your goods don’t make it to you, please file a claim with USPS. 

Return Policy:

We want our customers to be informed and confident buyers - if you have more questions about a product, please email us and we'd be happy to discuss the item in detail with you before you buy! Due to the environmental costs of returning items, we assess returns, refunds, and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern about a product you received please contact us immediately at and we will do our best to do right by you, our conscious customer!

Contact about a return must happen within 15 days of product delivery. Purchases older than 15 days at time of delivery are no longer subject to return assessment. We are not able to refund the cost of shipping at this time. 

Handmade Items:

There may be small cosmetic imperfections on our wonderful handmade goods, but they don't compromise quality or durability. We celebrate the uniqueness of each piece and believe these imperfections give our items character and soul. We hope you’ll think so too!
