All the standard raceways for cabling look awful in my opinion, but I have considered this as a last resort. NettetI use Command Cord Clips. I got a HUGE bunch at Costco and still have yet to use them all. In my *fancy voice* theater room (my wife calls it a small spare bedroom) I ran all the speaker wire, 2x Ethernet cables, sub woofer coax, and power cables all over with the command cord clips. Up the wall to the projector also. They look great.
