WebThe First Tier Tax Tribunal is a statutory Court created by Parliament to hear appeals against specified decisions of HMRC Officers. The Tribunal Judges are commonly practising solicitors or barristers. The Court is normally comprised of a Judge and either one or two lay members who are often accountants.
