Hello! To install Dunlop Straplocks on a Les Paul (with the screws in the set) You'll have to drill the hole deeper at the upper bout. Nothing else is need to make them fit. I have them on both of my Les Pauls. Be very careful doing it! I turned the drill-bit manually, without a power drill, to be extra safe.
