WebJul 12, 2016 · The trick is placing the new window in the infill wall, not the existing wall. You can use a smaller window so that it is easier. When done, you can change the window to the correct size and relocate it to the correct location and it will cut out both the infill and the existing wall correctly. WebAug 3, 2024 · The end goal is to have both Demo drawings (Show Previous & Demo) & regular drawing (show previous & New). We have less of a problem of getting the completed version to show up correctly. Its more for the Demo drawing, the opening need to show as dashed. Gotcha! "Future expansion" etc.... Demolition takes place in one of your phases of your choosing (ie.g. existing, new construction). So for example, if you create a wall in your phase "new construction".

I copied/pasted the lines but, trust me, even if I draw them by hand, it doesn't make any difference. I moved a point randomly, but moving a line may or may not correct the issue. Seems to be random.
